SmartSnap (“the app”) is designed to respect your privacy completely. We built it to be used by children, so we collect as little as possible — in fact, nothing.
None. SmartSnap does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no analytics.
If a parent chooses to turn a family photo into a puzzle, the app asks for permission to access your photo library. Any photo you select stays entirely on your device. It is never uploaded, shared, or sent to us or anyone else.
SmartSnap contains no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no analytics SDKs. We do not build profiles of users and do not use any data for marketing.
SmartSnap is made for children and is fully compliant with children's privacy laws (such as COPPA and GDPR-K) by collecting no data at all. SmartSnap offers a single optional one-time purchase — the “full version,” which unlocks the larger 4×4–8×8 puzzles and unlimited family photos. It lives in the Parent Zone, behind a math gate that little fingers can't pass, and is never shown to children. The purchase is handled by Apple's App Store (or Google Play); we never see your payment details and receive no personal information about you.
Playing SmartSnap is fully offline — no internet connection is needed to build puzzles. The internet is used only if you choose to make or restore the optional in-app purchase, which is handled by the App Store or Google Play.

Das Spielen von SmartSnap ist vollständig offline — zum Bauen von Puzzles ist keine Internetverbindung nötig. Das Internet wird nur genutzt, wenn du den optionalen In-App-Kauf tätigst oder wiederherstellst; dies übernimmt der App Store oder Google Play.
